Fees

(1) – Members with 2023 annual fee settled and admited until 2023-01-31.
       Each Colective Member will be entitled to one registration at member fee. Other registrations will be at Non Member fee.

(2) - National Associations from EUCEPA Members

(3) - Need prof of attendance of  2022/2023 scolar year.

(4) - Only for accompanying person not registered at the Conference.

--> Registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment. A proof of payment is always required.

--> Cancellation of registration will be accepted only by writing message, until 15^th September, 2023, and 100% of the amount already paid will be refunded. After this date, no refund is due in the case of absence for reasons not attributable to the Organization.  Reimbursements will be made only after the conference.
