Audiovisual coverage of the event

Whenever the User participates in an event promoted by Tecnicelpa, namely Conferences, Seminars, recreational activities or any other, and without prejudice to the right to honor, privacy and own image, upon signing up the Participant grants to Tecnicelpa express and free authorization for the use of the photographs, images and sound, as well as any other, in the event that they subsequently appear in any photo or video that the Tecnicelpa can display in its own media, namely in Internet pages, Facebook pages and other social networks, projectors and LCD's installed in events, magazines, etc. In case the user so requests, in writing, and so far as this does not imply any financial costs for Tecnicelpa (namely the cancellation of promotional campaigns and / or the existing media), Tecnicelpa undertakes to remove the user's images from their means of communication.
Occasionally, filming or photographic sessions may be held at events, for promotional or other purposes, and notices on the performance of such sessions will be posted in the specific spaces where such sessions are taking place. The User accepts that, within the legal limits of his right to honor, privacy and own image, as well as to other applicable legislation, the images collected at these sessions may also be used for promotional and publicity purposes of the Association.
 

Competition rules

It is the responsibility of each event participant to always act in accordance with their own competition compliance policies and all applicable laws and to avoid or terminate any discussion initiated with them in violation of such policies and laws.
