Oral & Poster presentations
The technical sessions consist of oral lectures, preferably in English, supported by Powerpoint, lasting 15 minutes, organized by theme according to the Call for Papers. Each session has a moderator, who will coordinate the audience Q&A session for each speaker.
The commercial sessions consist of oral lectures, preferably in English, supported by Powerpoint, lasting 15 minutes, organized by theme according to the Call for Papers, but with some commercial character. Each session has a moderator, who will coordinate the audience Q&A session for each speaker. It is up to the Scientific Committee to classify the papers in Technical or Commercial sessions.
The posters, will be printed by the authors themselves, and will be posted on a suitable support provided by the organization for exhibition during all days of the event in accessible spaces. We invite the authors to be close to their posters during breaks, in order to be able to clarify questions from other participants present. The themes are the same as proposed in the Call for Papers. The 10 best poster summaries will be given the opportunity to present a pitch (5 minutes), for subsequent election of the best poster.
