(1) – Members with 2025 annual fee settled and admited until 2024-12-31.
Each Colective Member will be entitled to one registration at member fee. Other registrations will be at Non Member fee.
(2) - National Associations from EUCEPA Members
(3) - Need prof of attendance of 2024/2025 scolar year.
(4) - Only for accompanying person not registered at the Conference.
Registration for 1 (one) day do not include Gala Dinner
--> Registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment. A proof of payment is always required.
--> Cancellation of registration will be accepted only by writing message, until 30th September, 2025, and 100% of the amount already paid will be refunded. After this date, no refund is due in the case of absence for reasons not attributable to the Organization. Reimbursements will be made only after the conference.
