We present here the Subscription models, with the charges described.
Following your subscription, an invoice and payment details will be sent. All items are subject to VAT rate at 23% (IVA). Adhesion is considered effective only after the corresponding settlement.

GOLD SPONSOR ( €7000 + IVA)

•    20 minutes oral presentation in the General program in Company room, only for papers already aproved for oral
•    1 booth (2m x 2m) in the Expocelpa Exhibition (includes 2 representatives exclusive for Exhibition)
•    Registration of two (2) participants
•    Enrollment of two (2) companions at the gala dinner. Does not waive registration, only exempts payment
•    4-minutes advertising video to be looped during coffee breaks
•    An advertising page in the Book of Abstracts
•    Logo in all emails publicizing the event
•    Logo with company link on the event website
•    Logo printed in the Book of Abstracts
•    Logo printed on the Conference Program
•    Logo on Roll-ups in the lobby and conference rooms. The positions and size of all logos are proportional to the sponsorship values and, in case of equality, line up in order of arrival

SILVER SPONSOR (€4000 + IVA)

•    Registration of one (1) participant
•    Enrollment of one (1) companion at the gala dinner. Does not waive registration, only exempts payment
•    2-minutes advertising video to be looped during coffee breaks
•    Half page (Landcape) of advertising in the Book of Abstracts
•    Logo in all emails publicizing the event
•    Logo with company link on the event website
•    Logo printed in the Book of Abstracts
•    Logo printed on the Conference Program
•    Logo on Roll-ups in the lobby and conference room. The positions and size of all logos are proportional to the sponshorship values and, in case of equality, line up in order of arrival

BRONZE SPONSOR (€1500 + IVA)

•    Logo in all emails publicizing the event
•    Logo with company link on the event website
•    Logo printed in the Book of Abstracts
•    Logo printed on the Conference Program
•    Logo on Roll-ups in the lobby and conference room. The positions and size of all logos are proportional to the sponsorship values and, in case of equality, line up in order of arrival

STAND - EXPOCELPA   (member - €2250/stand + IVA; non-member - €3500/stand + IVA) after 15^th August

•    Each booth will be 2 m x 2 m, but does not have surrounding walls
•    Includes carpet on the floor
•    A set of table and two benches/chairs
•    Exhibitor vertical identification
•    Electric extension
•    Lunches and coffee breaks for 2 representatives per module (no access to conferences nor the gala dinner on the 23^rd)
Other additional furniture will have to be provided/contracted by the exhibitors, under their responsibility and charge.
Membership fee applicable to companies with regular membership fees for 2025 and admitted until 2024-12-31

ADVERTISING (According to the option contracted with the Organizing Committee)

•    Sponsorship of lunch (referred to in the program, menus, local roll-up and advertising in the room) (€2000/day + IVA)
•    Exclusive conference folder to be distributed to all participants, with the sponsor's logo (€3000 + IVA)
•    Exclusive Ribbons, for participants' badges, with Tecnicelpa and the sponsor's logo (€3000 + IVA)
•    Back covers, front and back covers, and pages in the A4 Abstract Book and A5 Program
