COMPANIES INVITATION

In a joint organization of TECNICELPA (Portuguese Association of the Technicians of the Pulp and Paper Industry) and RIADICYP (IberoAmerican Network of Teaching and Research on Pulp and Paper) the XXI TECNICELPA Conference and Exhibition / VI Iberoamerican Congress on Pulp and Paper Research - CIADICYP 2010 - will be held between 12 and 15 October, 2010.

Both institutions (TECNICELPA and RIADICYP) have their regular meetings, approximately every two years, in different cities of Portugal and Iberoamerican countries, respectively. For the year 2010, TECNICELPA and RIADICYP decided to combine these events, with the objective of increasing both interest and the number of participants: Scientists, Papermakers, Technicians, Manufacturers and Suppliers from all over the world working in the Forestry, Pulp and Paper fields. It is certainly an event not to be missed, considering the relevance of the conference and the presence of leading scientists from Europe and North- and South-America as well as important companies in the sector. A visit to one of the largest and most modern mills in the world for printing and writing uncoated woodfree papers is included in the conference programme - the new paper mill of Portucel Soporcel group, located in Setúbal.

The Conference will be devoted to the “New Paradigms in the Pulp and Paper Industry“ and the official languages are English, Portuguese and Spanish. It will be held in the Convention Centre of the International Fair of Lisbon (FIL, Parque das Nações), Portugal, which allows us to benefit from using a unique place not only for the Conference but also for the Exhibition/Expocelpa, promoting a greater exchange between Participants and Exhibitors.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the XXI TECNICELPA Conference and Exhibition / VI CIADICYP 2010 we have the honour to invite Companies, who work directly or indirectly in the Forestry, Pulp and Paper fields, to participate as a Sponsor or to present the latest technologies, equipments, instrumentation, materials and services during the conference Exhibition located beside the conference rooms (ground floor), and on the first floor where the coffee breaks will be served. The attached Subscription Form is addressed to companies, whether or not a members of TECNICELPA in order to make advance reservation for participation. After acceptance, the corresponding image/promotional material will be requested.

We ask the sponsors/supporters to complete the subscription process as soon as possible, as we wish to include their logotypes and names on all the Conference documents already under preparation for printing. This website will contain a list of all Exhibitors and Sponsors. The organizing committee is available for any further required questions.
