The conference registration should be done online (click here to go to the online registration page). If you face any difficulty please feel free to register by hand-filling the registration form. For that, please upload the PDF file here and send the filled form to the conference secretariat.

• Deadline for early bird registration and payment is 15 July, 2010.

• Regular registration and payment are due by 30 September, 2010.

A proof of payment is always required.

Admission to the Conference, Welcome Reception (12 October), Tourist Programme (13 October), Banquet Dinner (14 October), Mill visit (15 October) and Accompanying Programme (13 and 14 October) is ensured only if the secretariat has received the corresponding registration fee. Please note that you need to mark on the form the events that you want to attend, even if included in the Conference Fee, in order to obtain the corresponding ticket. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. For that, please indicate your e-mail address in the registration form. This option is highly recommended to avoid time-consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or mailed by post.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 24 September, 2010, and 30% of the amount already paid will be refunded. After this date, no refund is due in the case of absence for reasons not attributable to the Organization. Notification of cancellation must be made by sending a message to the secretariat. However, reimbursements will be made after the conference.

Any alteration to your registration must be also communicated to the conference secretariat by e-mail, fax or post before 24 September, 2010.

Accommodation booking is the responsibility of each participant.  Please go to the “Accommodation and Travel” section.

Additional notes for presenting authors: Please remember that your Abstract and Full Manuscript will only be published in the Proceedings Book (978-989-20-1926-0) and Conference CD (978-989-20-1927-7), respectively, if i) both comply with the guidelines for structure and format; ii) the full manuscript is submitted by 15 July, 2010; iii) at least one of the authors is registered and the registration fee is paid by 15 July, 2010, according to special rates. Full manuscripts submitted after the deadline of 30 May, 2010, will not be considered for the awards of the meeting. The number of papers per registered author is limited to three, regardless whether they were chosen for poster or oral presentation. The presentation of more than 3 papers (oral or poster) requires the registration of more than one author. In case of any questions please contact the Conference Secretariat preferably by e-mail.
