Fee for Conference participants/delegates includes Admission to the Scientific sessions and Exhibition, Conference documents/materials, Book of abstracts, Conference CD, Certificate of attendance, Welcome Reception (12 October), Lunches (12, 13 and 14 October), Coffee breaks, Banquet dinner (14 October) and the visit to Setúbal mill (15 October).
Accompanying Person Registration Fee includes half-day sightseeing tour of Lisbon and lunch, half-day sightseeing tour of Sintra and lunch and Banquet Dinner. Please see the “Social Programme” section for more details. Note that this fee does not include admission to the scientific sessions and is limited to one accompanying person registration per participant.
Depending on the number of interested persons, an optional extra Tourist Programme, comprising a boat trip tour at night, in Lisbon, along the Tagus riverbank, will be organized for participants and accompanying persons on Wednesday (13 October, 2010, 19h). Dinner and live music are included. The starting point is Alcântara. This tour will only occur if a minimum of 75 persons are registered by 15 July, 2010. Otherwise, this tour will be cancelled.
Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment. A proof of payment is always required.
