Reception Cocktail (all conferencists)
To all participants will be served a reception cocktail, at the Foyer I, Fundação Dr. António Cupertino de Miranda, on the first day (12th October, 2016,18h30), in a relaxed environment, sugesting casual conversation.
Conference Banquet (all conferencists and registrates for dinner)
On the 13th October 2016, the Conference Banquet will take place at Taylor's cellars (V.N.Gaia), wich will include a visit to the cellars, reception and dinner. During the banquet, the conference awards will be delivered, as well as the certificates to the new Honorary Members. A musical program will close the night, allowing all participants an opportunity to socialize in a festive atmosphere.
Social Programme( only for accompanying person registered)
There is also a specific program for accompanying persons, in order to provide leisure moments in one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal. The corresponding registration cost includes an invitation to the Banquet dinner, the tour's on the 12th, transport from the Foundation to the pier of Ribeira and return, entries in monuments described and lunch. The whole visit is accompanied with exclusive tourist guide, who will describe all cultural and historical envolved in the visit.

Cruise on the Douro, in a traditional boat - from the bridges to the estuary and return
walk on the riverside docks and lunch

Afternoon – cultural guided visits by walking
Igreja de S. Francisco;
Palácio da Bolsa;
Torre Medieval do Porto;
Sé do Porto;
Promenade on the top deck of the D. Luis Bridge, passing by Fernandina and the Douro River views wall
Visit the viewpoint of Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar and Morro garden, privileged view of the Ribeira do Porto by the side of Gaia.
