Please remember that

•  the deadline for early bid registration and payment is 15 August 2016 (new date);
•  Regular registration and payment are due by 25 September, 2016.

Fee for Conference participants/delegates includes Admission to the Scientific sessions and  Exhibition, Conference documents/materials, Book of abstracts, Certificate of attendance, Welcome Reception (12 October), Lunches (12 and 13 October), Coffee breaks, Banquet dinner (13 October) and the technical visit (14 October).

Accompanying Person Registration fee includes the Social programme and Banquet dinner, but does not include admission to the scientific sessions and is limited to one accompanying person registration per participant.

Accommodation booking is the responsibility of each participant. 

Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment. A proof of payment is always required.
