Guidelines and Deadlines

The conference registration should be done online. If you face any difficulty please feel free to register by hand-filling the registration form. For that, please upload the PDF file here and send the filled form to the conference secretariat.

• Deadline for early bid registration and payment is 15 August 2016 (new date)
• Regular registration and payment are due by 25 September, 2016.

A proof of payment is always required.

Admission to the Conference, Welcome Reception , Banquet Dinner , technical visit  and Social Programme is ensured only if the secretariat has received the corresponding registration fee. Please note that you need to mark on the form the events that you want to attend, even if included in the Conference Fee, in order to obtain the corresponding ticket. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. For that, please indicate your e-mail address in the registration form. This option is highly recommended to avoid time-consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or mailed by post.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 25 September, 2016, and 30% of the amount already paid will be refunded. After this date, no refund is due in the case of absence for reasons not attributable to the Organization. Notification of cancellation must be made by sending a message to the secretariat. However, reimbursements will be made after the conference.

Any alteration to your registration must be also communicated to the conference secretariat by e-mail, fax or post before 25 September, 2016.
