The conference languages are Portuguese and English. However, the Organisation strongly recommends the author to send full papers, and presentations in English.

The preliminary Programme includes an opening ceremony, two plenary lectures with invited speakers, oral and poster sessions and closing ceremony. The program also includes a visit to one pulp mill at Figueira da Foz "CELBI" from the ALTRI Group, or to the integrated pulp and paper mill of Portucel Soporcel Group, "SOPORCEL".

A welcome reception and a conference banquet will be offered to the participants in a relaxing atmosphere at Hotel dos Templários (Tomar), for open discussions and pleasant moments.
