Recognition will be made for the best paper and the best poster between all the participants that have submitted their works before 30 May, 2010. The selection is made by the Scientific Committee of the Conference. Additionally, the traditional “TECNICELPA Prize" will be awarded.
TECNICELPA AWARD 2010
3rd edition
Purpose: “Tecnicelpa Award” was established to stimulate the production of technical and scientific papers in Companies, Universities and research Institutes that develops activity in areas directly or indirectly related with Forest, Pulp, Paper and Board. The essential purpose of this Award is to contribute to an enrichment of knowledge aiding the global competitiveness of the Portuguese industry.
Scope and Receivers: Technical and scientific papers, developed in a Portuguese Organization, in areas directly or indirectly related with Forest, Pulp, Paper and Board, by authors of Portuguese or other nationality.
Value of the Award: 5000 € (five thousand Euros).
Selection of Papers: is performed by the TECNICELPA Scientific Committee and awarded in a special ceremony during the XXI TECNICELPA Conference And Exhibition. Papers presented will be evaluated for the Award, if the authors are within the criteria defined above and do not declare a contrary aim to the Award application.
