Full manuscripts submitted after the deadline of 30 May, 2010, will not be considered for the awards of the meeting.

Please note that the Abstract will be published in the Proceedings Book and the Full Manuscript edited in the Conference CD only if the following conditions are fulfilled:
1. comply with the guidelines for the Abstract and the Full Manuscript structure and format;
2. submission of the Full Manuscript by 15 July, 2010;
3. at least one of the authors is registered and the registration is paid by 15 July, 2010, getting from special rates.
